Will this get my account restricted?+
The honest answer: nobody can promise Instagram never restricts an account, and treat anyone who does with suspicion. What we can tell you is how it behaves. It runs on Meta’s official Messaging API, so nobody logs into your account and nothing is bolted onto the app. It replies to people who messaged you first, at human pace, and it never bulk-blasts anyone who did not.
It is going to sound like a bot, isn’t it?+
That is the second thing everyone says, so judge it on control rather than on our word. It learns from messages you have already sent, you set what it may offer and what it must never claim, and you read every reply in one place. If the voice is wrong you change it and it changes, and you can take over a thread mid-sentence.
What if it breaks and just leaves people hanging?+
Silence is the failure we design against hardest, because it is the one people actually report. If a reply cannot be sent it retries, and if it still cannot it escalates the thread to you instead of quietly dropping it. Anything it is unsure of it hands over rather than improvising.
Will the bill surprise me?+
No, and this is worth being blunt about because the category is bad at it. You pick a monthly message volume and that is what you pay.
